I've been making this delicious broad bean and pea 'humous' with my June glut of broad beans. It goes amazingly with freshly baked black olive sourdough and a poached egg... and maybe a dash (or few!) of chipotle... I think I could eat this every day and never get bored of the creamy deliciousness! I'm happy my red flowering broad beans are still flowers and there's more to come :)
