Celebrating broad beans in all their glory! June 22, 2016 Emma Dibben I've been making this delicious broad bean and pea 'humous' with my June glut of broad beans. It goes amazingly with freshly baked black olive sourdough and a poached egg... and maybe a dash (or few!) of chipotle... I think I could eat this every day and never get bored of the creamy deliciousness! I'm happy my red flowering broad beans are still flowers and there's more to come :)
